Booking and Confirmation

1. Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon payment.
2. Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email once your payment is processed.

Cancellation Policy

1. Full Refund: You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
2. No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
3. Changes: Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
4. Cut-off Times: Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Additional Information

1. Accessibility: Our tours are not wheelchair accessible.
2. Service Animals: Service animals are allowed.
3. Public Transportation: Tours are near public transportation.
4. Traveler Participation: Most travelers can participate. Customers are responsible for bringing the car seat if needed.
5. Private Tours: This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate.

Liability

Bla Bla City Tours is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages in connection with the tours. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved.
